Return and Exchange Policy

 

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to the Venorivla online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By placing an order on our website and receiving the goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. 1. Return & Exchange Period

Within the valid period, you may apply for a return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:

  • The product has noticeable odor or severe color differences

  • The received product does not match the order details

  • No-reason return or exchange (the product must be unused, in good condition, and suitable for resale)

The product should be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and included items intact.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email or telephone to submit a return request, providing your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos

  • Our customer service team will review your request promptly. If approved, you will be notified through your contact details and provided with the return address

  • Please send the product back to the designated return address and wait for us to receive it

  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If the inspection confirms the reported issue, we will arrange a refund

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to request an exchange, please proceed as follows:

  • Contact us via email or telephone to submit an exchange request, providing your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos

  • After approval, we will notify you and provide the return address

  • Please send the product back to the designated address and wait for us to receive it

  • After inspection and confirmation, a replacement product will be dispatched to your address within 1–3 business days

5. Refund Process

Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used for the order (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of the card issuer, refunds are expected to be credited within 1–3 business days

  • If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance

6. Cost Rules and Return Label

  • If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality problems, noticeable odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us

  • For no-reason returns or exchanges, the return shipping costs must be borne by you

  • A return label is included in each package to facilitate the return process.
