Shipping policy

 

These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through the Venorivla online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). All products are sold and delivered exclusively through online channels. No offline sales or in-person delivery services are provided.

1. Delivery Service Overview

We provide delivery services only after an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
All shipping arrangements are based on the order confirmation and dispatch notification.

2. Delivery Area

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, delivery outside the United Kingdom is not supported.

3. Shipping Fees and Taxes

  • Orders with a total value of £70 or more (including £70) qualify for free shipping

  • Orders with a total value below £70 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £7

  • Applicable taxes are included in the order total where required

  • The final amount payable will be clearly displayed at checkout

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order handling hours are CET 9:00 – 18:00.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 are counted from the same day

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next working day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available working day

5. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, we require 1–3 working days to process the order.
This includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangements.

6. Estimated Transit Time

After dispatch, the estimated total delivery time is 7–12 working days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and logistics scheduling.

7. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the order and delivery requirements, we may use the following commonly used UK carriers:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD UK

  • Evri

  • Yodel

  • Parcelforce

The selected carrier will be confirmed in the dispatch notification.

8. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number

  • Payment details

  • Shipping and carrier information

You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order, along with the corresponding order number, to check the current order status.

9. Shipping Responsibility

  • Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly and retain all packaging and related evidence.

  • Shipping Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible, depending on the order status.

  • Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

10. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery.
If any abnormalities are noticed, it is recommended to record them at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
